GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SHORT-TERM PARKING AND LONG-TERM LESSEES
The following terms and conditions are accepted by the user:
All utility costs are included in the monthly parking space rental. Counter-claims may not be offset. Changes in VAT rates are automatically adjusted. Long-term tenants pay their rent in advance.
The parking spaces are not monitored. Cars must be locked in the parking spaces. Insurance against theft, fire and other damage is the responsibility of the user or tenant. The owner disclaims all liability.
Cleaning and servicing work in and in front of the car park is prohibited. Storage of items in the parking spaces is not permitted.
Users are liable for any damage they cause (video surveillance).
Long-term lessees are not permitted to sublet.
The user undertakes to comply with all oral and written instructions from management.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this contract is Lucerne.
Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
